Niccolo W. Casewit AIA –Design Architect
Licensed Architect, Planner, Environmental Designer

Thank you for this opportunity to present my professional qualifications to you. I am a consulting Architect with expertise and experience in the design of historic preservation/conservation, adaptive re-use, additions and new construction. While a greater part of my work is architectural design, I thrive on the complexity of integrating architecture with site design from the inside-out. On particular residential projects I will also provide personalized interior design and on-site construction management. I have designed a broad range of building types, such as custom housing, commercial offices, retail, tenant improvements, educational buildings, and light industrial facilities.
